Our Customer Advocates represent our customers viewpoints and help us to review and improve our services. As an advocate, you can give as much or as little time as you like in the services you’re interested in and in return we’ll reimburse your travel expenses, reward you with gift vouchers and provide opportunities for training and development.

The forum was set up to ensure that Moat and our repairs provider, Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS), are accountable to our customers by giving forum members a platform to:
Chaired by a Moat customer, Lorraine Ash, who was recently elected as Customer Chair, forum meetings take place on a quarterly basis and are attended by customers along with representatives from Moat and MSPS.
