Moat announces new Chief Executive

We are pleased to announce that Mary Gibbons will be joining Moat as our new Chief Executive on the 25 April 2022.

Mary is currently Chief Executive at CHP who own and manage over 10,700 homes and provide services for customers in the eastern region of England. She takes over from Elizabeth Austerberry, who announced in October 2021 her decision to retire.

Throughout the recruitment process, Mary demonstrated that she has the skills and experience to provide strong and dynamic leadership which will ensure that Moat continues to be one of the leading housing associations in the southeast.

“I would also like to thank Elizabeth for her outstanding contribution to Moat over the past nine years. She leaves Moat well positioned for the future.”
