Many of the payment options below are accessible via MyMoat where you can make payments at a time of day convenient for you.
You can use MyMoat any time of day to make a payment with your credit or debit card using the allpay bill pay option and your account reference. Alternatively, you can make a payment using the allpay app for Android or Apple.
If you're the cardholder, you can give us a call on 0300 323 0011 and make the payment over the phone, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. You can also call the automated allpay service 24 hours a day on 0300 041 6497 (ensure you have a pen and paper nearby to note down the authorisation code).
Direct debit payments mean your rent and service charges are paid to us direct from your bank account and can be collected on a date and frequency to suit you. Direct debits can be set up via MyMoat or over the phone. Please click the link below to log into your MyMoat account.
If you have an allpay payment card you can go into any post office or retailer with the Pay Point sign and pay with cash over the counter. There are no forms and no additional charges to pay. You can also use your payment card reference number to make payments on MyMoat via the allpay options.

To pay via text message you will need a UK registered mobile phone, your allpay payment card and your credit or debit card. You can register online at allpayments.net/textpay or click the link below to visit the website.
Your rent, service charges and any other payments are your responsibility. All of our tenancy agreements and leases require your account to be paid in advance. Advance payments will depend on your frequency of payment - if you pay weekly then you must be a week in advance or if you pay monthly you must be a month in advance.
